They sure are! Our wall stickers are made from a fabric adhesive material, that doesn’t tear on application or removal. They are reusable and repositionable and won’t leave sticky residue. All of our wall stickers come on a backing sheet, and you simply peel the sticker from the sheet and apply it to the wall. If your design is detailed or intricate, or includes lettering for a name, we will stick an adhesive tape over the top of the design. This allows you to stick it all to the wall as one piece rather than a letter at a time etc. The tape then just peels away leaving the design on the wall. This allows for accurate positioning and the assurance of all small or delicate pieces staying in tact. Our wall stickers all come with detailed installation instructions and a free applicator aswell to help you smooth the sticker as you apply it to the wall surface.

The wall surface should be clean and dry before applying the wall stickers, and if you have recently painted a minimum of four weeks drying time is required.

Yes they are! All of our designs are created by us from our original handpainted artwork, so they are unique and exclusive to EllieBlue Designs! You won’t find them anywhere else (except for the Australian themed ones, you will find them on our other business website too www.bushbabiesdownunder.com.au)

We also print and manufacture them ourselves too so we have control over quality, turn around times and cost etc…

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Please note that some custom designs may take longer, as we have to design and get your final approval before printing can commence. We will notify you when your order has left our warehouse, and generally it will take within 2-10 business days to arrive – this is dependant on the destination.

Yes we do! We will replace any product which is found to be faulty or not as described on our website or in our correspondence with you. We do require the faulty item to be returned by the customer before a refund can be issued, therefore we recommend that you send your return back via a traceable shipping method.

We do not accept responsibility for any wall stickers that have been applied to a poorly prepared wall surface. We have clear instructions on the ideal preparation of your walls in our application instructions and we cannot be responsible for those that have not followed our recommendations. Your wall surface preparation is critical to getting longevity out of your wall stickers, so please read the preparation instructions and follow them carefully.

Unfortunately, custom designed products cannot be returned or refunded so please ensure you check all details on your design proof before sending back final approval, EllieBlue Designs cannot be held responsible for errors including spelling if they have been approved by you prior to printing.

ELLIEBLUE WALL DECAL/STICKER PREPARATION & APPLICATION GUIDELINES

We know it is exciting receiving your decals/stickers and you want to get them up on the wall as quickly as possible, but please read through these guidelines carefully to ensure the best application possible. Having the correct wall surface is crucial to getting a great result and longevity out of your decal/sticker.

Wall decals / stickers are best applied to a clean, dry, dust free, smooth surface.
If your walls or other surface have recently been painted please wait a minimum of 6-8 weeks before applying any decals or stickers. Paint that is not fully cured releases solvents which will damage the adhesive of the wall sticker and can cause it to peel off the wall.

Do not clean your wall surface with chemicals, methylated spirits or other cleaning agents that can leave a residue as this will affect the adhesion of the decal/sticker and cause it to peel away from the wall.

To apply: –

Gently peel the back of sticker approx. 100mm, place sticker in position and go along gently peeling and sticking slowly, being careful not to kink. Smooth down with your applicator – provided free with your order (large stickers only) as you go and all over your decal/sticker once it is all applied, taking care to smooth edges down. DO NOT rub vigorously, or use harsh, sharp objects to press the decal/sticker on.

Smaller decals/stickers e.g. stars, can be peeled off completely and put in place in one easy movement.

If you wish to keep decals/stickers after they are removed, please ensure you keep the backing sheet that your decal/sticker came on.

Please note: Not all stickers can be saved, some are too intricate and can be tricky to remove e.g. lettering or fine designs. A hairdryer can be useful to remove difficult stickers.

Some stickers will come with transfer/application tape, these are usually just for more detailed designs or lettering. To apply these types of decals/stickers, gently remove transfer tape (sticker should come away with this) place in position and rub sticker area only, carefully remove transfer tape from the wall.

With a little patience, creativity and imagination, you can create your own perfect space.

Do not use chemicals/cleaning agents on the actual stickers.
