Eligibility: Giveaway is open to all Australian residents 18 years and over at the time of entry.

Agreement: By submitting your name and email address you are subscribing to Bush Babies Downunder’s email list. You will receive emails from us in the future, but can unsubscribe at any time.

Giveaway Dates: Entries are open and will be accepted until 11.59pm on 31st May 2023.

How to Enter: Simply enter your first name and valid email address into the form on the landing page. You may only enter once and you must fill in all required fields. There is no required purchase to enter the giveaway.

Prize: The giveaway prize is for a $250 voucher to spend in our online store www.bushbabiesdownunder.com.au The voucher is not transferrable for cash and if the total amount is not spent, no change will be given. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of this giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the sponsor. The giveaway winner will be drawn after the closing date of 31st May 2023, and the winner will be notified via the email address they entered with, within seven days of the competition closing. It is the entrants responsibility to check their email inbox and any junk or spam folders, Bush Babies Downunder shall have no liability for a winners failure to receive notices due to the winners spam, junk or other security settings, or for the winners provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted and fails to claim the prize within 28 days from the time the first notification waws sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Rights Granted by You the Entrant: By entering this competition you understand that Bush Babies Downunder will have the right where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, the entry and winners name only without any further compensation.

Terms: Bush Babies Downunder reserves the right, in it’s sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct. In such case, Bush Babies Downunder may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action has been taken. Bush Babies Downunder reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Disputes: On selection of the winner the promoter, Bush Babies Downunder’s decision is final. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
