This gives you a handy, organised list of options to choose from when planning your meals each week. No more scrambling to figure out what to cook – just pick from your pre-listed favourites.
  2. Weekly Meal Planner: Once you’ve got your meal list, move on to the Weekly Meal Plan Template. This section allows you to plan out your meals for the entire week with dedicated spaces for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all 7 days. You’ll also find a notes section to jot down any important reminders, and a shopping list section to easily keep track of the ingredients you’ll need.
