Order Processing Times:
All of our orders are printed in the order that we receive them, we do not hold stock on hand we print to order. We print all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order (times are a guide only and are dependent on the number of orders we receive). The stickers need a minimum of 24 hours drying time after they have been printed so your order will be packed and posted within 5 business days of us receiving the initial order (again these times are a guide only and are dependent on the volume of orders we receive).
Please note shipping times are separate to order processing times. If you select Express Post this speeds up the postage time only, not the actual print/dry time – we cannot rush this process.
After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation (please ensure you check your junk or spam folder for this if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox). You will receive another email notification when your order is complete and has been posted. This email will also include your tracking information if relevant.
We do our very best to get our orders printed and packed as soon as possible and whilst order processing is completely within our control, once we post the orders, we are at the mercy of Australia post and have no control over their delivery times and any delays that they may experience.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Australia, regardless of the amount of your order. All other shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.
You can select to have your order sent via express post at an additional cost. This additional shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and will display in your cart before you make your payment.
We ship all over the world! We use Australia Post for our international shipping and the cost will be calculated during checkout. If you require express international shipping please contact us at sales @ elliebluedesigns.com.au and we can obtain a quote for you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EllieBlue Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Checking the Status of Your Order:
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which include a tracking number (if you have only ordered a small sticker that fits in a standard envelope no tracking information is provided). You can use this tracking number via the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/ to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales @ elliebluedesigns.com.au and we will look into it for you and lodge a case with Australia Post if needed.
Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes you may choose the wrong orientation on a sticker or you may have mismeasured your space. So we do accept returns, but only if the item is unused and has not been removed from its backing paper, and it must be returned within 14 days from the date you had received it.
The item must be returned in its original condition to us as at the customer’s expense before we will process the refund. The full item price will be refunded, but not the return postage cost.
If you require a replacement sticker, eg. If you chose the wrong orientation and you would like to return it and receive a new sticker of the correct orientation, then you as the customer is responsible for paying both the return postage for the incorrect sticker and the postage for the replacement sticker.
Returns for Personalised Items:
Personalised stickers will not be refunded or replaced if the error in spelling is due to you, the customer incorrectly spelling the name. However, if the error is ours we will replace the sticker at our expense.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales @ elliebluedesigns.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review these on a case by case basis but will do our best to work towards a solution.
