TERMS AND CONDITIONS / REFUNDS / RETURNS

Quality products, excellent customer service and affordable prices are what we pride ourselves on. We aim to provide you with exactly what you are after, however if any of our products are faulty or are not as we have described them, we will replace or refund your order – dependent on the issue.

Guidelines:

 We are happy to exchange a product for another one if you have changed your mind after purchase and delivery, however you will be responsible for payment of all shipping costs, including the return shipping and re-shipping costs of new item. We will only replace the item when the original has been returned to us in perfect condition.

 We do not accept responsibility for any wall stickers that do not adhere to poorly prepared wall surfaces. If you have used chemicals to clean your walls, not waited long enough for drying after cleaning them or not waiting a minimum of 4 weeks after painting your walls, these circumstances call all affect the adhesion of the sticker to the wall surface. We give detailed wall preparation and wall sticker installation instructions with all of our wall stickers and they can also be found on our website here. If these instructions are not followed then we cannot accept responsibility or refunds on wall stickers that do not adhere.

 Custom products that have no quality issues and are simply a change of mind, cannot be refunded or returned – please check all final proofs carefully, as we do not refund/exchange for spelling or detail errors that were not picked by you on the final proof.

 Once printed, colours may vary to what you see on your screen.

 Any items purchased through our clearance section or any products that are deemed slightly imperfect when listed on the website, are non refundable. These items have clearly been marked with their imperfections and the price has been reduced to reflect this. Therefore you purchase the product knowing that there is a slight flaw to it, and no refunds will be accepted on these goods.

 For designs that include a photo, please ensure you submit a high resolution JPEG of 300dpi or higher. Photos can either be black & white or colour and we can change your colour photos to black & white if you would like us too – please just make a note of this when placing your order.

 We do not take responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photographs.

 The purchase of any EllieBlue Designs Printables grants the purchaser one non-transferable, non-exclusive limited personal license to use the image file or files for the permitted purposes as listed below. All other rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights are retained by EllieBlue Designs.

Permitted Uses:

1. You may use the graphics on any personal project

Non-permitted Uses:

1. You may not sell, give away, or distribute in any manner the raw images in either print or digital form.

3. You may not claim the images as your own.

4. You may not use the images as part of any digital project for resale. Eg: webpages, banners, etc…..

5. You may not alter the images or graphics in any way and use them to make items for resale.

6. You may not use for commercial use and/or resale.

EllieBlue Designs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions / Guidelines at any time without prior notice.
