Refund / Returns / Exchanges Policy
All Bush Babies Downunder products are printed to order and therefore cannot typically be refunded or cancelled.
When choosing your products, please take the time to choose carefully and note the sizing written on all products. It is a good idea to get a tape measure and hold it up to your wall to gauge the size. The photos in our listings are representations only.
Also make sure you have the correct orientation of the product. We have images facing left and right on the website for you to have a look at so that you can see how each orientation looks on the wall. You can of course always contact us if you are still unsure.
We do not exchange or refund products unless the product is deemed by us to be defective.
If your product is found to be defective we will replace the product. Please note the original product will be replaced, we cannot exchange it for another, different product.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a 48 hour period, including your order name, order number and photographs of the damaged item/s.
Requests for returns will be assessed on an individual case by case basis and it will be at our discretion as to whether the item can indeed be returned or exchanged.
If you are deemed eligible for a product replacement, you must return the product/s to us in an unused condition, still on their original backing paper and in the same packaging as it was sent to you.
For product exchanges the customer will be required to pay the return postage, not Bush Babies Downunder, however if your product is indeed faulty then we will pay the return postage.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of your walls and surfaces and if you have a poor painted surface anything you stick to it could cause peeling or minor paint damage, this does not mean our product is faulty it is simply the surface or preparation not being completely right before application. You can find more information on wall preparation on our installation instruction sheet included with every order. We will not be held liable for fixing any damaged paint.
If we accept that the item will be refunded please note that the refund will not be processed until we receive the item back and have had time to inspect it.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
Returns for Personalised Items:
Personalised stickers will not be refunded or replaced if the error in spelling is due to you, the customer incorrectly spelling the name. However, if the error is ours we will replace the sticker at our expense.
